All yarn and giftware are final sale, no exceptions. However, will gladly place up to 3 skeins, hanks or balls of yarn on hold for you, if needed to match a dye lot, for up to 30 days. 

All book, skincare, and candle sales are final sale. 

If you are purchasing knitwear as a gift, please notify Grace & Purl staff at checkout. A gift tag/notation will be made on the gift receipt. 

New, unworn GIFTED knitwear may be exchanged during year within 10 days for store credit only.

Custom-made knitwear is final sale. New, unworn HOLIDAY GIFTED knitwear may be exchanged for store credit until January 5th following the holiday.

Please sign up in advance for all in-person events. Fees for events are nonrefundable, as spots are limited and saved via sign up, if you cannot attend, you may send a friend in your place.
